Sammamish High School Reviews
Rating 3.86 out of 5 253 reviews
Sammamish High School is an amazing high school. The school is very welcoming to students of different culture, ethnicity, background, etc. The teachers are very supportive of the students and help the students if they need it. The building overall is amazing. This year was the first year that they offered culinary as a class because last year they built kitchens.
Sammamish High School is definitely a very diverse and welcoming school. While providing necessary aid to families, they also have decent staff and trusted adults. Sometimes students aren't controlled or faculty is out of line but otherwise its a great school. Offers a lot of different clubs and opportunities to join different activities.
Being a student who has attended 7 different schools in this area, 6 before highschool, I can easily say that Sammamish is a good school. I would recommend it to any student who worries about not fitting in as there really is a group, club, or sport for everyone. Many students including myself have had issues with teachers that go unresolved, but issues with students get resolved in a timely manner. I would recommend that they update and improve how they monitor staff and student interactions, to get a better understanding for their students.
