The family of late singer Isaac Hayes is threatening to sue Donald Trump's presidential campaign ... claiming the former prez has been using one of his famous songs without permission at campaign rallies.

Lawyers for Isaac Hayes Enterprises fired off a legal warning shot, sending Trump and his campaign a notice of copyright infringement over the use of Hayes' song "Hold On, I'm Comin'" at Trump rallies.

The singer's family says the anthem has been used at least 134 times at different political events between 2022 to 2024 without permission. Trump notably played the song in Harrisburg, PA back in July ... where he used the track to close out his rally.

Olympic boxer Imane Khelif has had it up to HERE with bullying regarding her sex, and her lawyer is now ready to kick ass.

Her lawyer has filed a complaint with Paris prosecutors, claiming the Algerian boxer is the victim of aggravated cyber harassment. The lawyer calls the attacks "misogynist, racist and sexist."

The Algerian athlete took home the gold in the women’s welterweight division Friday ... after facing controversy earlier in the competition when questions about her sex arose online.

Andrew Bryniarski -- best known for his role as Leatherface in 2003's 'Texas Chainsaw Massacre' -- has been ordered to stay away from his former roommate.

A judge ordered the actor to stay 100 yards away from Lance Berg, who says he and Andrew were roommates. Berg claims the actor physically attacked him multiple times ... including once when Berg claims Bryniarski became so enraged over a dispute about stealing food he shoved Berg down, spraining his wrist.

In another incident, Berg says Andrew came up and slapped him so hard he went temporarily blind in one eye.

San Diego Comic-Con got pretty rowdy ... 'cause TMZ obtained a record of police activity from around SD's convention center last month -- and it looks like officers have had their hands full.

According to the report ... one person was arrested for assault with a deadly weapon, 5 got citations, and 12 other incidents triggered ongoing criminal investigations ... and we're told all were related to activity in and around Comic-Con.

There's a pretty wide variety of alleged violations, but here's the gist ... cops say some people were throwing punches, and stealing whatever they could get their hands on.

Rick Ross is facing a new legal challenge ... 'cause a man just sued him, claiming Ross didn't ensure his car show was accessible for disabled people.

A man named Darris Straughter is suing Ross because he says Ross marketed his car show as a dream opportunity to visit his property ... but he says he didn't get the chance ... because a wheelchair-accessible shuttle bus never arrived to get him to the event -- despite claiming he got multiple assurances there would be one.

Darris says he paid for travel, lodging and bought a ticket -- even selling his car to do so -- to Rick Ross' Car & Bike Show ... and claims he reached out to the venue two weeks in advance to give them notice he needed reasonable accommodation for his wheelchair.

It looks like Blueface won't be having that summer celebration his mother hoped for -- a judge just hit the "Thotiana" rapper with a stiff sentence ... 4 years in prison.

Blueface's parents were front and center Friday to support of their son, and heartbroken by the news he's gonna do hard time ... which we confirmed Friday with the court.

7:30 AM PT -- Paris authorities are making it clear ... Travis Scott was arrested for "violence against a security guard" who worked for the Georges V hotel. The hotel staffer had intervened when Travis fought with his personal bodyguard.

7:05 AM PT -- TMZ has learned Travis was arrested after getting into a vicious fight with his bodyguard -- who he felt had been slacking on the job -- and then hotel security stepped in to separate them.

Sources with direct knowledge tell us Travis had been extremely upset with the security guard after "multiple days of being chased and harassed by paparazzi" around Paris.

Johnny Knoxville has finally wrapped up his divorce from his estranged wife Naomi Nelson, ... two years after he first filed -- he's now officially a single man.

According to court docs obtained by TMZ, Johnny and Naomi have hashed out a written agreement about their property and marriage or domestic partnership rights.

The docs also mention Johnny and Naomi have worked out an agreement on child custody and support for their two kids, Rocko and Arlo ... though the specific terms were not made public.

Nelly's arrest in a Missouri casino didn't stop him from cashing in his big win from a slot machine ... we're told the rapper walked away with a hefty chunk of change.

The hit-maker's attorney, Scott Rosenblum, tells TMZ ... his client did collect his money from a $50,000 jackpot on a slot machine Wednesday morning at the Hollywood Casino in St. Charles, Missouri. That's the good news to go with Nelly's bad news -- as we reported, the win led to him getting booked for an active warrant.

Sources familiar with the situation tell TMZ ... Nelly initially thought the arrest was a joke or a prank, as he was in the middle of collecting his winnings when a background check revealed the open warrant.

We're told Nelly was first handcuffed to a chair ... with one hand free to collect the remainder of the cash.

Porn star Kendra Sunderland is learning the hard way ... marijuana is still illegal in Texas.

The adult-film actress got busted in Montgomery County, Texas for felony possession of a controlled substance ... in this instance, marijuana ... according to new legal docs obtained by TMZ.

Kendra's arrest went down in broad daylight -- a little past high noon on August 1, and prosecutors say she had less than one gram of THC. Cops aren't saying what led to her bust.

Travis Scott is getting some legal relief -- prosecutors are dropping a disorderly intoxication charge from his June arrest after a rowdy night with yacht staff, but he's not in the clear yet.

The rapper had a hearing Thursday morning in Miami, and our sources say prosecutors officially dropped the disorderly intoxication charge against him. Travis did not appear in court for the hearing.

It's not all good news for Trav ... the state of Florida is moving forward with a misdemeanor trespassing charge against him.

Hollywood actor Gabriel Olds -- known for his roles in "NCIS: Los Angeles" and "The Eyes of Tammy Faye" -- is behind bars, and facing multiple sexual assault charges.

LAPD says officers took Olds into custody Wednesday in response to the L.A. County D.A.'s office hitting him last month with 7 felony sexual assault charges.

Authorities say, in January, a woman came forward claiming the actor sexually assaulted her at her L.A. home ... and then 2 more adult victims came forward with similar stories dating back to 2013.

Hulk Hogan can't be happy Ben Affleck and Matt Damon are doing a movie on what we're told is the "darkest period of his life," and if Ben and Matt cross the line, he's ready, willing and able to take legal action ... TMZ has learned.

B&M are producing a flick on the lawsuit the WWE legend filed and won against Gawker, after the site posted a sex tape video of Hogan and the wife of a friend. A racial epithet was captured on the vid. Hulk sued Gawker for invasion of privacy and in 2016 won a whopping $140 million verdict ... which eventually tanked Gawker.

Sources connected to Hulk tell TMZ he has no involvement whatsoever in the film project and is currently "indifferent" about it. HOWEVER, if the movie treads into territory that a jury already found was protected by his right to privacy, Hulk will not hesitate to pursue legal options ... which he's clearly done before.

Former NFL defensive lineman Brandon Mebane -- who helped the Seahawks win Super Bowl XLVIII -- says he got screwed over in a deal to buy a Los Angeles mansion ... and now, he's suing to try to rectify things.

TMZ Sports has learned ... the 39-year-old ex-nose tackle filed the lawsuit in L.A. County this week -- some five years after he purchased a property in Encino for $4.85 million.

Mebane says as part of the agreement he made to snag the home from the builders -- which included Roi Edery and Ofir Grushkovski -- they would handle all of the repairs he found following inspection.
