自适应个人自助发卡系统，这是一款网上的发卡平台源码，二次开发后的版本。
原版本bug太多了，多余和无用的文件太多，后台问题多，按钮点不了，功能不足等等，
所以重新二次开发，页面模板还是使用原来的，不过修改了细节
去除多余的文件和代码
后台添加新功能及快速邮件配置
更新删除原臃肿的发件程序
后台可控前台交易信息显示
去除前台后台无用按钮及修复按钮点击不了的问题
重新规划文件布局等等
后期要添加的功能：
提交码支付接口
新增后台修改商品信息，优化订单页不足等等
